You will have access to a generic weekly training program, delivered through Training Peaks, comprising of 2 run sessions, 2 swim sets and 3 rides.

For athletes who seek coaching, require personalised feedback, programs and advice to achieve their triathlon racing and training goals.

Your custom program will be developed in Training Peaks around your capability, schedule and lifestyle and adapted weekly based on performance data analysis and feedback.

This pass is also available to swimmers, cyclists,  runners and other multi-sport athletes.
